Photography isn’t just our profession—it’s in our blood.

It all began in 1989, when I first discovered my love for photography under the guidance of my elder brother, who was already in the business. As a young boy still in school, my passion was so strong that I used to secretly “borrow” his camera just to learn the art. Though he scolded me at first, he soon recognized my talent and started taking me along on his shoots. That’s where I honed my skills, learning the craft firsthand from a true professional.

With years of experience and a deep-rooted passion, I eventually launched my own wedding photography business in Delhi in 2006. Over time, my dedication to storytelling and capturing emotions helped me build a trusted name in the industry.

As destiny would have it, my son, Kartik, inherited the same creative eye. While still in 10th grade, he joined me as a video editor, proving that artistry runs in our veins. Inspired by his talent and commitment, I decided to name our wedding studio Kartik Event Filmer—a reflection of our family’s legacy in photography.

To expand our reach and serve couples all over India, I took Kartik Event Filmer fully online and, in 2022, moved to Chandigarh to establish a second base while continuing to handle weddings in Delhi and across the country.

Today, with decades of experience, a passion that never fades, and a father-son duo dedicated to preserving love stories, we continue to create timeless wedding memories for couples all over India.
